Shwompy sprang to life in a muddy pool deep inside the Swampverse. One misty night, a silvery full moon shone on the water and the mud began to bubble. From that bubbling clay rose a soft, green swamp blob Shwompy.
The Mud Pool Birth
The pool was quiet and dark before Shwompy appeared. Sudden ripples in the mud sent tiny clay droplets flying. When it all settled, there he was a round, squishy blob with two tiny eye dots that blinked at the world for the first time.
First Moments
Shwompy wobbled across the wet ground until his blob feet found solid mud. His very first snack was a simple mud pie formed right in the birth pool. He took one big bite, let out a happy burp, and promptly stretched out for his first nap.
Finding a Home
After a few snack-and-nap cycles, Shwompy discovered a spot by a calm lagoon. He gathered driftwood and moss to build a tiny cabin. Inside he hung a vine hammock between two beams so he could snooze above the water without sinking.
Growing Into His Blob Self
Over the years Shwompy learned to hunt deep-fried swamp bugs and slippery mushrooms. He perfected his loafing skills, blending into the mud whenever frogs or fish swam by. His origin in that misty mud pool set him on a lifelong path of munching, napping, and mud-camouflaging.
